Buying Guide
Portability and Weight
One of the biggest advantages of the WEN Super Quiet 2350-Watt Portable Inverter is its ultralight body, tipping the scales at just 39 pounds. That makes it easy to lift into a car trunk, carry to a campsite, or store in a closet. For RVers, this is a game-changer because every pound counts.
When comparing generator black friday deals, portability often separates the winners from the rest. You do not want to wrestle with a heavy, bulky machine when you need power quickly. This WEN model is designed for effortless transport, and the built-in handle adds to the convenience.
Noise Level
Noise is a critical factor for camping and residential use. The WEN operates at a sound level comparable to a normal conversation, according to the US Department of Health and Human Services. That means you can run it at night without disturbing your neighbors or your family.
In our assessment, the quiet operation is a standout feature. Many traditional generators roar at 70 decibels or more, but this inverter keeps things peaceful. If you are looking for a generator that won’t ruin the serenity of nature, this is a top pick.
Power Output and Clean Electricity
With 2350 surge watts and 1900 rated watts, the WEN provides enough power for essential appliances, lights, and even a small refrigerator. More importantly, it produces clean power, which is safe for sensitive electronics like phones, tablets, and laptops. This is a must-have feature in today’s digital age.
For home backup, this unit can keep your internet router, CPAP machine, or TV running during an outage. If you need more power, consider checking our best inverter generator for home backup article for larger options.
Fuel Efficiency and Shutoff
The WEN features a fuel shutoff mechanism that maximizes the generator’s lifespan by using up the remaining fuel in the carburetor before shutdown. This prevents stale fuel from clogging the system, which is a common issue with generators that sit idle for months.
This feature is especially valuable for emergency preparedness. You can store the generator with fuel in the tank, and when you need it, it will start reliably. For dual-fuel alternatives, see our best dual fuel generator guide.

Its clean power output and fuel shutoff feature set it apart from many competitors. If you need a bit more wattage, the WEN Super Quiet 2350-Watt Portable Inverter remains our top pick for portability, but for larger needs, we recommend exploring other WEN models.
